Pipeline engineer develop mechanical flow sheets for pipelines, pig traps and slug catchers. They are also responsible for performing sizing and design calculations for pipelines, risers and associated equipment. 

The pipeline engineers at Team Engineering are capable of preparing and/or review riser designs, crossing designs, routing plans and permit documents. They can Develop and review material specifications for pipelines and risers. They can also provide review of riser guard and riser support designs. 

The pipeline engineers at Team Engineering are capable of preparing and/or review cost estimates for pipeline installation and assist with procurement activities. They can also assists in pipeline pigging, commissioning, purging and start-up procedures. The pipeline team can further provide there feedback on studies performed by others including on-bottom stability and flow assurance. 

At Team Engineering we can ensure an integrated design that meets the project requirements and provide assessment on vendor / fabricator quotations, shop drawings, and related submittals. Further they can review and ensure vendor interface for pipeline accessories including intelligent pigs, pig detectors and barrel closure. 

At Team Engineering Safety and risk engineer provides key technical safety support and advice to clients. They prepared and managing qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including HAZOP, HAZID, fault tree and event tree analysis, consequence and physical effects modelling

Our Safety and Risk Engineer also ensure maintaining up-to-date knowledge of standards, methods, data and use of appropriate software. They have significant experience in producing formal technical reports, HSE Cases and other project deliverables on time and to budget
